Usually, when the calendar allows. One extra hour is $35 and two hours is $50, at either end. Just ask before your stay.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No. The home is non-smoking and no vaping is permitted anywhere in the unit or building.

Let us know first. We're happy to approve visitors, we just need to be notified and give permission in advance.

Is it good for working remotely?

Yes — there's a dedicated workspace in the bedroom, fast wifi and a quiet, room-darkened bedroom. Longer stays are welcome.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes. Weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically in your quote, and housekeeping can be added during longer stays for an extra cost.

Is the building accessible?

There's an elevator, a secure lobby, step-free access from the parking lot, wide doorways and clearance to the bed, shower and toilet.

How do I change or cancel?

Use your reference code and the email you booked with on the manage-booking page, or email us and we'll handle it.

Lawrenceville is one of Pittsburgh’s urban, energy-rich neighborhoods, located 5 minutes northeast of downtown along the Allegheny River. Butler Street is lined with sidewalk dining, trendy cafes, bars, retail and boutique shops with the stability of long-time residents.

The property is minutes and walkable to trendy dining, shopping and night spots in Lawrenceville and Bloomfield. Minutes to Downtown Pittsburgh, The Strip District, ShadySide, local hospitals, all Arenas, Universities and all the area has to offer. Just outside our doors, we are located on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) Biking Trail which runs along the Monongahela River and connects Pittsburgh to the Laurel Highlands.

“Julie’s condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. She provided so many considerate extras—including to-go coffee cups and creamers, snacks, and toiletries. The living room space was perfect for relaxing. We prioritize a good night’s sleep when traveling, and the bed was the plushest I’ve experienced in any rental or hotel. The blackout shades kept the bedroom very dark, and the sound machine, combined with my earplugs, effectively blocked the street noise. The building felt safe, the dedicated parking spot was a great convenience, and the location offered an easy walk to several coffee shops and restaurants as well as quick drives to other neighborhoods. Communication was a breeze - Julie always responded quickly & instructions were very clear. We plan to stay here anytime we're back in the area - it's a great find!”
