Usually, when the calendar allows. One extra hour is $35 and two hours is $50, at either end. Just ask before your stay.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No. The home is non-smoking and no vaping is permitted anywhere in the unit or building.

Let us know first. We're happy to approve visitors, we just need to be notified and give permission in advance.

Is it good for working remotely?

Yes — there's a dedicated workspace in the bedroom, fast wifi and a quiet, room-darkened bedroom. Longer stays are welcome.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes. Weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically in your quote, and housekeeping can be added during longer stays for an extra cost.

Is the building accessible?

There's an elevator, a secure lobby, step-free access from the parking lot, wide doorways and clearance to the bed, shower and toilet.

How do I change or cancel?

Use your reference code and the email you booked with on the manage-booking page, or email us and we'll handle it.

Just outside our doors, we are located on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) Biking Trail which runs along the Monongahela River and connects Pittsburgh to the Laurel Highlands.

“Julie was very communicative and responsive the whole time. Her condo was very clean (like very clean—I have very high standards as well) and had everything we could think of. Everything was labeled and easily found. Her condo made us want to stay in PGH longer! We traveled with our toddler, and it was a perfect space for our family. We felt safe having our child there and Julie even had toys, books, highchair, and pack & play for our toddler! I had the best two nights of sleep since having my baby, which is saying a lot.
