Bedroom: Rest peacefully in a plush King bed with sound machine. This room also features a dedicated workspace for catching up on emails and a spacious walk-in closet.
Kitchen: A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances awaits your culinary adventures. Get your day started right at the coffee bar, stocked with complimentary coffee, snacks, french press, hot chocolate, assorted teas, honey and beverages while you dance to the music on the bluetooth system.
Bathroom: Refresh in the sleek, modern bathroom, which features a luxurious walk-in rain shower.

Lower Lawrenceville is the reason people book this condo twice. Twenty blocks of restaurants, coffee and design shops start at the front door, the riverfront trail runs below the building, and the Strip District, the Point and the ballparks are all under ten minutes away.
The property is minutes and walkable to trendy dining, shopping and night spots in Lawrenceville and Bloomfield. Minutes to Downtown Pittsburgh, The Strip District, ShadySide, local hospitals, all Arenas, Universities and all the area has to offer. Just outside our doors, we are located on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) Biking Trail which runs along the Monongahela River and connects Pittsburgh to the Laurel Highlands.
