How we host

Four things we promise every guest

Stocked before you arrive

Coffee, snacks, detergent, fresh linens, a Pack 'n Play and a high chair are already here. No shopping run on arrival.

Self check-in, no waiting

Door code, parking spot and building details arrive in one clear message before you travel. Come and go on your own schedule.

We actually reply

Message us any time during your stay — for a dinner recommendation or something that needs fixing. Most replies land within the hour.

Flexible where we can be

Early check-in and late check-out are available as small paid add-ons when the calendar allows. Longer stays are welcome too.

Everything was labeled and easily found. Her condo made us want to stay in PGH longer! We traveled with our toddler, and it was a perfect space for our family. We felt safe having our child there and Julie even had toys, books, highchair, and pack & play for our toddler! I had the best two nights of sleep since having my baby, which is saying a lot. Her place was spotless and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re back in PGH. Thank you Julie for such an amazing stay! Highly recommend her space!”

“Everything inside the tastefully and cozily decorated condo felt like it was brand new and totally squeaky clean. It had a thoughtfully stocked kitchen & bathroom. The bed and its linens were fantastic! Truly notable is the personal parking space in a well maintained lot that is dedicated to the condo and immediately adjacent to the building…a real bonus in the city!”

“Julie’s place is 5 star. It’s impeccably clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The information detailing location of items in the apartment goes above and beyond. Personal artwork and photography is beautiful. It offers a private parking spot, easy access to building, and Julie communicates quickly. A short walk to Butler St, restaurants and shops. Can’t say enough.”
